Class Descriptions

  • Hatha Yoga

    This class balances "ha" (sun) and "tha" (moon) energies through foundational postures, breathwork, and mindful relaxation. Postures are held to cultivate alignment, strength, and flexibility in a supportive environment. On Thursday evenings, enjoy a 15-minute Sound Bath savasana at the end of class. Perfect for beginners and beyond.

  • Slow Flow

    In Slow Flow, we integrate mindful movement with breath. Slow does not always mean easy, as we'll hold postures long enough to feel the flow of energy they create in the body, cultivating deep internal awareness. Modifications are always offered. On Saturday mornings, enjoy a 15-minute Sound Bath savasana at the end of class. This class is for all levels.

  • Gentle Yoga

    In Gentle Yoga, we'll focus on stretching the muscles of the body and moving slowly through different planes of motion. Expect to spend most of our time seated and lying down. This class is for all levels, including beginners and those recovering from injury.

  • Coast Flow

    In this Vinyasa flow-style yoga class, we'll move through a dynamic practice that links breath to movement. Moving with intention while inviting a quicker pace, we'll cultivate a gentle internal heat as we build strength, flexibility, and balance. Modifications are always offered. Open to all levels.

  • Mat Pilates

    This class focuses primarily on strengthening and lengthening the core muscles. We'll utilize a variety of Pilates mat exercises, including abdominal work, back extensions, and movements that challenge balance and stability. Exercises are modifiable for all levels.

  • Functional Mobility

    This all-levels class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and releasing tension through guided movement and stretching. We'll explore a variety of exercises that engage your core, from hips to shoulders, in full range and in all planes of motion. You will cultivate greater awareness of your body's natural movement patterns, supporting you to move with more ease and efficiency.

  • Awareness Through Movement

    Awareness Through Movement® is a gentle, guided practice that engages your whole nervous system and body in mindful movement. Through focused lessons, you can improve breathing, increase ease and range of motion, and reshape patterns formed by injury or postural habits—enhancing comfort, coordination, and confidence.

  • FREE Community Yoga

    In this open-level yoga class, we'll explore a variety of postures and mindfulness practices. Each class is uniquely shaped by those who attend and is always beginner-friendly. Offered in the spirit of Seva Yoga—the yoga of selfless service—this free class is a heartfelt gift to our community, an expression of gratitude and connection through shared practice.

  • Soma Centering

    In this workshop, we'll explore gentle, repeatable movements and practice deep body awareness, supporting your shift from stress and vigilance to calm, grounded presence. Soma Centering is a restorative afternoon exploring the inner space of the body, utilizing centering movement practices such as TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) designed to release stress, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your body’s innate healing wisdom.
