With over a decade of experience in massage therapy, Karina Zepeda is a healing practitioner who specializes in a holistic approach that integrates emotional and physical embodiment, guiding clients toward deep release, healing, and alignment. Her work goes beyond relaxation—she focuses on deep tissue, therapeutic, prenatal, pre- and post-operative care, as well as structural and spiritual alignment to restore balance in the body and mind.
Karina’s mission is to help people transition from merely surviving to truly living with purpose—mentally, physically, and emotionally. Through intentional, intuitive touch and deep bodywork, Karina supports her clients in breaking free from patterns of pain, tension, and emotional stagnation so they can step into a life of greater freedom, vitality, and alignment.
In her eyes, every session is a space for transformation, where healing is not just about the body but about reconnecting with the self on every level.
When she's not in session, Karina is in yoga class, hiking between trees feeling humbled, or reading beachfront—because that’s really the only way. She’s also a certified yoga instructor, sharing her love for movement, mindfulness, and community.
